Road rage

I have decided to run another TTR style battle.

All movement is relative to 14" per turn, so if you are going 16" a turn your vehicle will advance 2" each turn.
Vehicles can speed up or down each turn as much as they want up to thier maximum movement (20" for tanks, 24" for non-tanks).
Each inch of turning will take away 1" of straight movement.
There are obstacles, so watch out. Swerving out of the way is automatic unless stated otherwise by the player (pilot using his action on something other then driving) and requires a skill roll.
The winner will be decided by point count.
Tanks: 4 points for killing the other tank's pilot, 1 for killing other pilots
Non-tanks: 2 points for each pilot killed
The vehicles (If you pick a tank wait until I send you a list of the tank's weapons before sending orders):

The time limit to send orders for this game is 48 hours.
