The ""s are because a group (not shown) is going over the security footage taken of the events of the 'Peach Hill incident' (this battle).
This is just to spice up the writeup.

why didn't you say so before? and if it was a secrurity taper i would put it on the 'CCTV' vision mode. its on photobucket only.
