to speed up the time for me to post battle reports could i do the sign-up's on the forum but have the turns on my website and link people there?

Not only would I say that it's acceptable, I like it better than the current model. There's too many threads that are just battles i'm not playing in, and therefore don't care. However, that means I miss out on a lot of the "and then the house exploded and crushed all of pesgores's dudes". With fewer threads, people are more likely to be bothered to actually read them.

There was a purple wizard in Call of Brikthulhu, but there seemed to be no complaints with that. Of course, now I have to use an yellow wizard somewhere to even it out...

I think posting images and turn updates on Flickr would be the way to go. Then you could even note important aspects of the photographic carnage.

pesgores may not be god of forum battles but he still is their creator. I always change the rules, for example i have about 15 factions in my late forum battle.
