The entire forum will work together to control a single minifig on the battlefield. Your minifig will not be a hero, and will have standard minifig stats unless noted otherwise.
BACKGROUND: The Galaxy is at war! The Galactic Union has ruled the civilized galaxy for the past 100 standard years, but their policies and resources have made life for non-humans tough, as well as those on backwater planets. Meanwhile, economic policies have made the large corporations lose money. Under the banner of the Braintrust Corporation, many have joined what is called the Galactic Corporate Alliance, which seeks to abolish the rule of the GU once and for all! The link to the previous battle using this background is gone, but those of you from the Frappr forums that remember the Battle of Redrock City are already familiar with the story.

GU: Peacekeeper Droid
The standard infantry of the GU is a robotic droid with similar stats to a human, but with pistols instead of hands. This particular model has been outfitted with arms that can hold a variety of weapons, and is essentially a minifig
ARMAMENT: one pistol
GU: Wardroid
The Wardroid is outfitted with heavier armor (1d10), as well as a built in Assault Rifle (Automatic Rifle) and a rocket launcher with one shot. However, it cannot hold weapons
GU: Black Ops Soldier
The Black Ops is a secret organization of the GU that specializes in hit-and-run operations. (NOTE: the better equipped your character starts, the harder the game will be)
ARMAMENT: Heavy Armor, one pistol, one knife, 1d8 skill
GU: Naval Trooper
The Naval Trooper is trained equally in both vehicle and infantry combat.
ARMAMENT: Heavy Armor, Starts Unarmed (trained as a pilot)
GU: Standard Trooper
The main bulk of infantry in the GU, these soldiers are trained to handle anything thrown at them
ARMAMENT: Starts unarmed, 1d8 skill
GU: Volunteer Soldier
These guys signed up to fight fer their guvernment.
ARMAMENT: One Rifle
GCA: Robodyne Berserker
A member of the Melor race, this soldier loyal to the Robodyne Company uses his natural ability to multitask to fire two weapons at once.
ARMAMENT: Two Assault Pistols
GCA: Braintrust Trooper
Though the armor is always white, no two soldiers of the Braintrust Corporation look or are armed quite alike (Depending on your choice in weapon, you probably won't end up using this as your SigFig. All ____ trooper variants other than storm are options though).
ARMAMENT: (choose one) One Rifle OR Pistol, Automatic versions of both available.
GCA: Civilian Rioter
Another alien species, this soldier's goal is to take down the GU, with no particular loyalties to any of the major corporations.
ARMAMENT: One mini-rocket launcher, One Machine Pistol
GCA: Space Pirate
Not so much "yo ho ho" as much as "This is our spaceship now". This particular space pirate specializes in melee combat
ARMAMENT: One Quarterstaff (Medium weapon and a shield in one)
GCA: Octan Ranger
Octan Fuel Corp. has always armed their rangers well in pursuit of space-fuel, and this guy's no exception.
ARMAMENT: One Pistol, One Napalm Grenade
GCA: Mercenary
The GU has recently made Mercenary services illegal, and most mercs have joined the GCA to fight for their jobs.
ARMAMENT: One Knife, One Rifle
Once you've decided who you'd like, vote amongst yourselves and try to decide on who you'd like to have as the SigFig of the Brikwars forum in this upcoming battle. I'd do a poll, but I'm going to be assigning the minifig off of whoever gives the best arguments and has the most supporters, as well as arbitrary decisions of "well i like this poster better than i like you". This will also be the policy when deciding orders for days of combat. Starting tomorrow, I'm going on a roadtrip until August 11th, so when I get back, you should have made your decision by then.
