On the outer most edge of Scythian space, something has gone dreadfully wrong - King Under The Mountain, a top secret Scythian base on the planet Ophelia is researching next generation combat technologies, and it has gone completely silent, all contact with the base and its personnel has been lost - and as per standard lock down procedures - the base has been sealed from the outside world until it can be deemed safe for lego life once more.

Scythian forces have been dispatched to re-take the base, but unfortunately, there have been greedy eyes watching this, and many other installations - and the opportunity to steal advanced Scythian technology can become to much of an opportunity to pass up for many of the other space faring civilisations, after all - who wouldn't pass up a chance to get one over the 5 century old, 400 world spanning galactic power that is the modern Scythian empire?

The vultures circle, powers arm their strike teams for combat - but are they getting themselves into something that they themselves, cannot control? . . .





A teaser shot of what is to come . . . yes the battle will be hosted on LDD, which despite many peoples dis-likings, is quite stable on my macbook pro and will do quite well to host for the mean time (as I has no money to buy heuoge armies, nor anywhere to set up anything like this) -

I have sent out my invitations - but If i get any spaces arise, the first to claim a spot, gets it. Just be sure to send me pics and stats via PM of you're forces and we'll hop along with things.

I think he meant "this" as in battle and "guy" as in dude, duderino, mate, boobella, me ol' mucka', pal, chum, friend etc.

Hey, I got to correct a grammar mistake. Urgh! I've sold out!

Right, I've had one no, and one non reply - So lrdofbricks and Silent-sigfig - PM's for stats/images will be heading your way shortly - once I have those, the pre-turn will go up (start locations and a few basics) and then I'll PM you all for first orders.

Right - While I wait from stats from our two new players (and then eventual orders from everyone) - here is some new information on you're battlefield . . .



These intriguing looking container crates could contain loot, military technology, rations or lord only knows what . . . the only way to find out is to open them!



These docking bay controls are locked out . . . and will need to be re-activated once the base is claimed (or even re-claimed!)



The base armorys are currently in lock down mode - but a good hacker should be able to get in (or a good gun should blast its way through) and then the spoils of war await . . .



These advanced medibays are enough to bring the dead back to life! y'know - if there are enough body parts left! . . . or if you can drag the corpses back . . . and if you can operate the machinery without everything going wrong!



The stairs to the command and control section of the base - only one force can make it up here . . . leave no quarter and ensure you're enemies are toast before you climb these stairs . . .

Once i have stats - start zones and teams will be added, and then we can get started! =D
