Pirates, let's get that village! - Turn 8

Pirates - Bragallot
A pirate shoots at an islander, but misses.
Same thing with the pirate who throws her axe at the civilians.
She picks up a spear instead.
The gunners get back to their cannons and open fire.
One cannonball is headed for governor Studhead, but his soldier heroically takes it in the chest.
The other cannonball impacts near the civilians, but they don't really care.
Rodrigo gets back to the wheel. "Aargh! Show them what yer got, darling!"
With improbable manouverability, the Bloodstained Serpent turns around and sails as close to the bastion as possible.
Soldiers of St. Kitty - lrdofbricks
The soldiers (well, governor and mercenary) charge forward and shoot at Rodrigo. They miss. The governor is now aboard the Bloodstained Serpent.
Islanders - Apollyon
The islander poke the ship's hull with their spears, but without effect.
Civilians - samuelzz10 and Ross_Varn
The civilians surround the Assyrian.
He dies fast.
Joan rips off a chunk of bastion...
...and throws it...
...at Studhead, squashing him. The soldiers of St. Kitty have been defeated!
Meanwhile the fire rages through the bastion, causing some of it to collapse.
