QoP: Head Separator Part III -- Turn 2

[Natalya]

Turn 2 is done.



MAOX Death Korps -- Played by BFenix



The Death Korps advance their full move towards the pillbox. One of them takes a couple pot shots at an Assyrian on the wall.




Miraculously, he gets a head shot.

Assyrian Commandos and Soldiers -- Played by RunsWithLegos




The Death Bikes fly over the wall and fire down into the army below.




But their aim sucks. The only hit they make doesn't do any damage.




At the red house, Commandos come in on the first floor and break some windows.




On the second floor, the Star Commandos come off the roof to the inside and do the same thing.




They all take positions aiming out the windows.




Major Smith gets an idea...




He goes downstairs and tells it to a comm specialist.










Outside, the gate slides open...

[Natalya]

The Assyrians charge from the gate.







The flamer burninates an Akkadian.




Everyone else shoots up the heavy combat vehicle. The driver is killed, but the gunner (hidden inside) is unharmed. It also loses a wheel.




Then the remaining defenders on the wall take fire. This guy takes out the Black Knight that had already been damaged.







And the sergeant takes out another Akkadian.

[Natalya]

Civilians -- Played by Silent-sigfig



The biker cops drive up to the Vanquisher and knock on the rear door. The Captain commanding it opens the door.

Captain: What do you guys want?

Officer Mike: This tank was illegally parked in the middle of the street. Only a drunk would park in BOTH LANES at the same time. We're going to have to search you for any open containers.




Captain: You have to be kidding me.

Officer Joe: I'm afraid not. Stand aside, I'm coming in.

Captain: ...




Captain: Look around you won't find anything.

Officer Joe: We'll see about that.

Joe searches the cabin of the tank.




Officer Joe: Damn it, they were clean.

Officer Mike: Well, give them a parking ticket anyway.

Captain: You guys are unbelievable...

She takes the ticket and Joe gets back on the bike.




Joe and Mike: FUCK YEAAAAA


Achievement Unlocked -- Long Dick of the Law
Joe and Mike are now going to act like Grade-A assholes because their issuing a ticket fueled their superiority complexes. They are now minor heroes with the Asshole Cop Cliché. From now on they will get +1 to HP for two turns if they eat junk food, and for any actions they take against civilians (such as pepper spraying, arresting, etc...) they get +1 to skill.

Note on Minor Heroes:
For the purposes of this forum battle, a Minor Hero can use a heroic feat only once every TWO turns. They do not save up over time. They can only get a red-shirt once per turn. If a normal hero (right now all other heroes are normal) is about to die, the minor hero will be red-shirted to save the normal hero if they are close enough. Their heroic feat HAS to fit within their cliché or I will ignore it.

Or have it fail with bad consequences. That might be funnier.

Joe takes his check to the bank, but finds the bankers stuck outside.




He gives the check to Karl. Mr. Vanchildress asks the Commando to let them inside.




The Commando accepts and the two go in with the check. +1 Ossum is conveyed to Mr. Vanchildress for accumulating more wealth. Get two more Ossum points for him (by making money) and he will become a Minor Hero.




Polly drives by on her way to get some gas. (She has a long way to go.)

[Natalya]

Officers Jack Davis and Brad Davis turn to Sanchez, shocked by his arsenal.




Officer Brad: Okay get against the wall. Now you're going to explain this shit. You have a chainsword, an assault rifle, a sniper, a laser gun, and a light machine gun.

Sanchez: I bought it all legally, I swear!!




Coincidentally, investigators Ramirez and Smithson arrive.

Sanchez: This is crap, I have rights. Let me go.

Brad puts cuffs on Sanchez.




Officer Jack: This Sanchez guy here, we're detaining him because he had all these weapons in his house. He says he has permits and he bought them legally, but seriously why would someone have this many guns?

Smithson: Well before you actually make an arrest for illegal possession of firearms, we should check and see if he has the permits he says he has. Until we figure that out we can keep him cuffed because he could be a threat to our safety while he is near all of these guns. Let us handle the search for permits. We're investigators, its what we do.




Nearby the workers at the gas pumping station get distracted by the commotion and they start to head over to see what's going on.

[Natalya]

Akkadians -- Played by Piltogg



The surviving Crocodile goes after two of the Commandos.




It bites the girl, but isn't able to eat her. The other Commando shoots it, but it doesn't die.




Piltogg smashes a hole on the other side of the wall, and looks out. He can barely make out the large hangar building, as it is mostly obscured by the red building in front of him. The Assyrians in the red building don't notice that he is there.




Piltogg uses the Oktopustika again to summon more monsters, this time on top of the hangar. He does better this time, getting a crocodile, a dragon, three skeletons, and a wampa.




The monsters attack. The wampa grabs an Assyrian, and the Crocodile bites another. The skeletons also rush in.




The crocodile eats an Assyrian and the wampa rips another one in half. The dragon tried to burn one, but missed. The startled Assyrians attack back. The attack against the wampa does nothing, but two skeletons are killed (again) over here by the Captain and a soldier.




The sergeant defeats the third skeleton.

Epic. Also, I enjoy the juxtaposition of the flowers and the burninated skeleton in this picture.

I'm really liking the civilian turns. The actual battle is really awesome, but I can't wait to see how much chaos the civvies can come up with (or how ignorant they can be about the battle).

The Akkadians advance, shooting at everything. Four Assyrians die right away.




The gunner in the damaged combat vehicle fires.




And another Assyrian goes down.




Over by the flower bunker, the Akkadians grab the heavy guns. In general, the mass of the Akkadian army moved forwards too.




And an Akkadian Mini-Tank enters the battle.

Immortals -- Played by Warhead



The two Terrorkhan on the bunker fire up their jet packs.




They fly up on top of the Death Wall and attack the Death Bikes. But nobody dies. :/ The Assyrians weren't able to issue counter attacks since they already used their actions for this turn. And I don't have a picture of it, but the Immortals also like moved up with the Akkadians. It is still very crowded on the outside of the wall, so like they are all smashed together.



Inquistadores -- Played by Falk (In absence of orders from Bragallot)



The Inquistadores sprinted towards the wall. Their warrior prince took a shot at an Assyrian, but he missed.

Assyrian Armoured Division -- Played by Natalya





The Vanquisher moves up. Its left-side Vulcan Cannon fires a string of bullets at the crocodile.




The crocodile explodes in a shower of blood.







The Dreadnought and Armoured Car fire at the damaged Akkadian vehicle...




And it becomes even more damaged.
