Saga of Kings: The Styrn Rebellion

Background:
For most of the past 200 years, the kingdom has been at peace. however, following King Dorian Magellon's descent into feeble-mindedness following the loss of his first wife and son, the crowns grasp up on the kingdom began to weaken. While the kingdom remains intact, power mostly remains in the hands of the kings advisers and his second wife, Vyola Telmond. About five years ago a man appeared claiming to be a descendant of King Roneld Styrn, the last king of the Styrn line before the Magellon family seized the throne hundreds of years ago. Magnus Styrn, dubbed Amgnus the Pretender by most of the aristocracy quickly raised an army of dissatisfied peasants in the Hinterlands to march on the capitol. However, the combined armies of the capitol and the hinterlands crushed the untrained peasant army, and now the forces are closing in fast on Magnus' last stronghold...
Overview
In the center lies the pretender's keep, defended by his most diehard soldiers.
The gate
Between the portcullis and the doors is an area under the gatehouse where the defenders can throw spears and rocks upon any attackers with impunity.
The Imperial Army[/b]
Under the command of prince Orrin Magellan, the Imperial army attacks form the left. Available factions are:
Imperial Specialists-1 mounted Hero(Orrin Magellon, knightly feats), his squire, 3 crossbowmen, 1 battering ram with 3 crewmen.
Imperial Infantry- 1 hero(Marwell Bowen, mace-wielding brute feats), 6 spearmen, 4swordsmen+knight.
Hinterlanders
led by Lord James the Black, Lord of Blackmoor and all of the hinterlands has marched his army here to destroy the pretender. available factions are:
Hinterland infantry- 1 hero(Lord James the Black, ruthless tactician feats), 2 squads of(4 swordsmen, 1 knight)
Hinterlands Ranged-1 hero(mercenary captain), 3 mercenary crossbowmen, 1 ballasta with 3 crew.
Styrn Rebels
They are here to protect the rightful king, Magnus Styrn
Woodsmen-1 hero(crazy stealthy robin hood feats), 5 woodsmen NOTE:Are allowed to start in castle
Fortress Garrison-1 hero(The Green Monster, impassable roadblock knight feats), 2 heavies, 3 archers, 5 peasant soldiers NOTE: The Green Monster and heavies can start inside the castle.
OBJECTIVES
Imperials+Hinterlanders: You are allied, and this alliance cannot be broken. your goal is to capture the castle and Magnus the pretender. You will probably need to infiltrate the castle to raise the portcullis.
Styrn Rebels: Defend the Rightful king for as long as possible. This may be your last stand
