@Shadowscythe: They are Hammer Missile Turrets, designed to crush other capital ships with a massive volley.

@Silverdream: Probably as a last ditch manuever, not something I had considered. Mostly it helps to seal off hull breaches and possibly leave temporary space stations to shoot things.

I'm glad to have so much positive feedback from you guys! I better get to work on the O.L.D.'s ground forces sometime soon.

I was actually thinking of making a modular SHIP, and this has inspired me to actually go for it. It's an excellent SHIP; fantastic job! ^_^

Holy shit (No asterisk)

This is so awesome I almost killed myself realizing I have no bricks left for a proper, awesome SHIP for my forces. I was only pacified by looking at my super tank project again, which reminded that at least my faction still wasn't going to get steamrolled over by the others. The shuttle thing is genius, I've never seen anything like it since Hodgepodge or Shapiro. I have taken inspiration from you, after my super tank I’ll scrape together my last couple white bricks for one last final lego project of expanding my SHIP. Then my forces will be complete.

I always have an inferiority complex. As stubby pointed out somewhere else, I have a tendency to freak out when someone brings something awesome to the table that my faction doesn't have. In fact, I always tend to freak out to awesome things others whip out in general, and that's part of why i'm a dickhead.

I am however, all in favor of more and bigger SHIPS on this forum. They are fun examine, to say the least.

Nice SHIP, I like the... Hell, I like everything. Especially for a first time SHIP it's a hell of a lot better than mine was.

I had a few failed attempts before the Hammerhead, and I spent a few months putting it together, so I certainly worked for it. Still, I am very satisfied with the result. Thank you all. You are a surprisingly cheery bunch!

That SHIP is awesome! I love the turrets and the compact storage for the drop ships which allows easy troop deployment.
