Kings of Hell
Hell's forces are led by the seven deadly sins.
Lucifer

Lucifer is a fallen angel, he reigns over the ring of pride, where the souls of the deceased reside.
He also really likes rubber duckies.
Satan
The King of Wrath. Most of Hells demonic Warriors serve him directly.
Or they would, if I had built him yet. will be added eventually.
Beelzebub

The Queen of Gluttony. Likes excess. Especially the kind invoving drugs, candy and parties.
Mammon

The King of Greed. Blew up Santa at some point.
Asmodeus

The King of Lust. A Horny demonic rooster.
Leviathan
The King of Envy. Like with Satan: haven't built him yet.
Belphegor
Sloth.
Not built yet either, because I'm too lazy.
If none of these are available, Hell's forces are lead by a Dark Lord of Hell - simply the title for the Supreme Commander of Hell's Armies at any given time. Often this title goes to the Spiderdemon.
The Forces of Hell
Demons
The Spider Mastermind

The Spiderdemon in one of the most powerful demons. She was the mastermind behind many of Hell's invasions and happily joins the army of any other Dark Lord of Hell who's out for destruction. She has a powerful Chaingun mounted in her chassis and is known to have the ability to psionically communicate with lesseer demons - and to throw things.
Cyberdemons

These Cybernetically enhanced Goats are Hell's mightiest warriors. Tyrants go into battle with some sort of rocket launcher (either one that shoots very big or a lot of rockets at the same time) and often use blades of Hellfire.
While there has been experiments to adapt the Cyber Augments of Tyrants to create other kinds of Cyberdemon, none have been successfull yet.
The Guardian of Hell

The Guardian of Hell was created to guard powerful artifacts that were able to be captured during Hell's invasions.
Hell Guards

Similarily to the Guardian of Hell, Hell Guards usually guard something. hence their name. Unlike the Guardian of Hell, whose approach to protecting artifacts tends to be "walk up to attacker and smash them into the ground", Hell Guards rely more on infernal magic or the power of the artifacts they guard.
Arachnotrons

The Arachnotrons are Clones of the Spiderdemon. They replace their mother's Super Chaingun with a plasma rifle.
Mancubi

These Fatsos come in a variety of shapes. Most demons of this category - most commonly the Mancubus or Daedabus variant - have flamethrowers mounted to their arms. Others - specifically the Cyclobus - has some... less conventional, more disgusting ways of setting things on fire. Ways that would make the dungans proud.
Luigi

Luigi is a high ranking member of Mammon's Demon Mafia.
The Demon Mafia

Mammon's Demon mafia is made up mostly of Imps. Not exactly the most durable of demons, but they are capable of using Tommy Guns and are cheap enough to replace, which is why Mammon doesn't really care.
Demon Troopers

The Demonic Troopers usually serve as the honor guard of Hellish Bastions, Deadly Sins or the acting Dark Lord. While their weapons might look like they just picked up a dead fleebnork from somewhere, they are able to fire off bursts of Hellfire like any conventional machine gun
Undead
Zombiemen

Zombies make up a significant part of the hellish army. Most of them were Soldiers when alive, who got either corrupted by Hell or were slain while fighting demons and later resurrected to serve their former enemies. They usually carry Plasma or Assault Rifles.
Commandos

Same as the Zombiemen, but higher in rank. These were Commando Soldiers when alive. Commandos usually go into battle with a powerful chaingun.
Revenants

Revenants have been mutated a lot more than the other Zombies when they were corrupted by hell. They were also given a pair of missile launchers.
Marauders

Marauders were once elite knights, fighting the forces of Hell with angelic weapons.
Considering they are part of this post, you can guess how that went.
