Re: The OAA Space Corp X
Thank you all for your awesome and positive input! It really means a lot to me.
I added a couple of updates to the army (1 hero and 1 squad specialization). Recently, I've been spending a lot of my money on X-Wing Miniatures, so I haven't had a lot to spend on new Lego parts, but I will get back to it soon and in the meantime, focus on building with what I have.
I do indeed plan to add a melee division.

I love that you have multiple versions of the same vehicle, not just one. that really brings together the "Army" feel. I'm working on that with one of my factions right now. (No camera
) Also loving the color-coding!

Thanks. KoS was pretty cool and Izana was the best. I'm sorely disappointed with the story's ending though.Silverdream wrote:Cute signature. I love KoS.
To keep things on topic, does anyone have any advice for a melee division? I don't just want to give everyone swords, but I also don't want it to be too elaborate. Maybe something along the lines of this:

Katanas would fit I think
Re: The OAA Space Corp X
I guess you could go for a mix - swords for the main guys, some heavier shit (OTCs, Force Hammers, Powergloves etc.) for officers/squad leaders. Blunt weapons are more Warhammer-ish, and we all know Warhammer is just
Also, I wonder what other divisions you have in mind... Recon? Demolition? Heavy weapons?

I always thought a sabatouer would be cool. A stealth unit with mechanical aptitude to shut down vehicles, giant lasers, super computers, ect.

Pretty much what I try to do in every sci-fi/cyberpunk game I play, Mass Effect and Deus Ex in particular. It's lotsa fun indeed.RedRover wrote:I always thought a sabatouer would be cool. A stealth unit with mechanical aptitude to shut down vehicles, giant lasers, super computers, ect.
