NK gwar demons integrate pretty seamlessly with fantasy sets

They are the only things I like about it. I think they are cool, I wanna get some, but Lego is expensive down here.

When it came time to do the actual playtheme in 2007, I got to work on the wizard and skeletons.

Man, that's awesome.

Last time we got traditional castle it bombed pretty bad

Yeah, I remember not even seeing it til much after its release when I randomly took my son to a Toys R Us in another city. Those guys usually have stacks on Lego on the shelves.

Hopefully the next castle theme is a mixture of LoTR and the previous castle theme. We could have a greater variety of weapons and armour, while retaining the fantasy/story elements that made themes like LoTR unique.

Yeah, maybe. But I kind of hope they move away from the license. The LotR sets here sold for something like a 25% markup over other Lego, which is already an expensive toy.

Speaking of NK, I've figured out some more possible conversions:

Hrabia (Count) Konrad Sierakowski is a skilled horseman of noble linage, serving the Husaria as a Rotmistrz (Cavalry Officer). While his skills in horsemanship and leadership are remarkable, he's a quite difficult person to work with, which is mostly due being more egocentric than most Poles, who are far more dedicated to their fatherland or the Great Creator rather than themselves.

The Sanitariuszka (Medic) plays a vital role in the Polish army for she supplies soldiers with enough beer to heal their wounds or letting them ignore about any.
