You'll need a bigger energy shield if you want to cover more than 2" around the shield generator, even if you keep the shield levels at 2d10.
Is the Koncerz really its only weapon? No eye or chest beams or anything?

I could strap a tri-laser gun on it's wrist to add some ranged combat capabilities. As for the relic on the chest, I also thought about an ability to negate SN dice used against it or something else to counter magic based attacks.

Size 10 x SL5 = 50CP
Size 10 sword = 20CP
Size 2" x 2d10 Energy Shield = 4CP, but 2" is barely wide enough to protect the artifact, much less the whole Seraf, so that size probably needs a boost
That's 74CP, so the Move 20" must be the final 10CP and that means it's Ground movement. 20" is too fast for Ground movement under the normal rules (
9.1: Standard Propulsion); it's too fast for gravity to compensate and you just end up launching yourself into space every time you try to walk around.

Not sure, if I shouldn't upgrade armor value to 5d10, instead.

What I'd do is give yourself a Size 10" Energy Shield to protect the whole main chassis, with 2 energy shield dice - a 1d10 to protect against any d10 damage, and a special 1SN to automatically cancel one SN die.
Field Size 10" x 2dice Energy Shield = 20CP

It looks really good now. I'd just boost the Energy Shield up to about 5'' of size (because really, it pretty much sucks right now

).
Other than that, it's perfect.

Another ranged combat weapon, that is made for the Seraf, is the
WZG 9001, a huge energy gun, that can obliterate enemy vehicles with one lucky shot and punch huge holes into equally sized giant mechs.

An excellent use of those stud-shooters. At least that's what I think those UT things are.
