And it's more of a greeble bag, really, but greeble box sounds better.

And just as a heads up, I've finally gotten around to making a MOCpage for myself, under the name Keith Riddle.

I will be filling it with MOCs soon, so keep an eye out if you're interested. I may or may not remember to post the link.

I took a break from sorting last night to take a stab at the five minute moc. Did it twice, and this is what I came up with.

Data File: B.S.S. Recoil
A barebones cruiser outfitted with a large-scale projectile acceleration down the center.

Not how I usually build microspace, but all right...

That's more like it.

Data File: United Pirate Initiative
Patrol cruiser for the United Pirate fleet. Excels at taking enemy bombers down before they reach striking range. IF PERSONNEL ENCOUNTER CRAFT REPORT IMMEDIATELY.

That's actually a pretty good turnout in my opinion.

Great stuff, Ross! I like the second one, it's interesting. The first one isn't bad, either.

I also have an update to show, although I did this one yesterday.

This one was a 'ten-minutes two handfuls' deal. I really like the way the engine mass at the back came out.

And anywho, a pic of everything I've don so far since my return to the forums:

A... 'stand'? I thought they were on stands. Do you mean make a stand for them?

Because making stands like that makes them more for display than actual use. I use these for microscale games.

Although I will at some point universalize the bases so that they aren't all different, preferably all black.

Awesome! Now, I bet with skills like yours, you'll flesh that out wonderfully if you decide to improve it.

But remember; try to REMOVE as few bits from the original MOC chassis as possible. Build up, but don't tear down.

i did an amazing one of these in brown, black, an grey at the lego store in chicago recently, but didn't have a camera. also, i allowed myself to do as many handfuls as wanted. i'll try this more at home when i have time, and post pics.
