The Dragonslayer looks over his troops.

Arrayed for the march to war.

The Lions, now 15 men strong, thanks to Lego still selling the chess set.

Image
A company of archers of the sun, equipped with Dragon Claw bows, and led by the Black Flame, one of my childhood Anti-heroes.

Image
The Spearmen, are now uniform in shield and color scheme.

Ornstein, head of the Red Company and a war hero, is too old to fight on the front lines, his son the Lordling commands on the field. The Red Cloaks got new hats, and uniform swords.

The full force is at 30 troops, plus whichever of the 3-4 heroes I use, I think this faction is fully expanded and ready for war.

Nice army! The red cloaks are my favorite part, but everyone else is great too.

These are neat troops! If you're looking to expand, cavalry, siege weapons, and castles would compliment your forces well.

Thanks! They have a siege tower and the only castle they have is Rally Point, which is the red thing where everyone is standing around at. No matter what new stuff I get, the Red Cloaks will keep their unique shields and armor, to keep a bit of character.

Good choice of colour. The Archers are my favorite! :D

Thanks! I have no idea why you favor those Warhead,

I may make a Smough when that Hobbit set with the fat bastard comes out, but until then, the story is that Smough died of a heart attack, turns out your victim's bones aren't that heart-healthy.

Pretty astonishing what can be done to a quite generic force applying a very simple theme. I like them a lot!
Maybe you can make them even more uniform, like red pants for all the Lions? Or maybe red capes for everyone. Or red plumes on some... like cavalry!

You definitely should definitely try to build an epic Red Keep for them. Red bricks are abundant and cheap.

Thanks to the both of yous! I have been thinking of ways to make the lions unique, the reason some have red pants are because those were the officers. My cavalry is outsourced to the Company of the Dragon, which I will show in full force eventually, and alas, I do not have that many red cloaks. I will try to make Rally Point (the castle in the background) a bit bigger more defensible, but they mostly defend other's castles, as they are, at heart, mercenaries.

Praise the Sun!

If you had one of those giant Knights Kingdom action figures, you could make the giant terrifying electric Ornstein, since Smough's dead and all.

I have 1 or 2, but neither is in good enough condition for a full electric Ornstein, due to me losing parts over the course of the 5 or so years, I do have King Meth's head though, so accuracy will be fairly easy. You should totally make an Artorias however, as my version (forthcoming) does the original no justice.
