The Helmeted Division are a ragtag group of vermin with an ever-changing roster due to their frequent use as cannon fodder. Nevertheless, there are a few personalities that, by the power of Koincidence, seem to return to the group - including the scruffy, soul-less Sir Mange, the acne-ridden Sir Fungal, and their horse-riding General Phineas. Although the Ebony Millinery's pride is in their black headwear, they've reluctantly hired a red-clad ninja to act as a Scout.
Joining the Helmeted Division in conquest is Ignis, a young dragon fledgling kept under (some) control by a hired Mongolian Dragon-tamer. With massive claws, underdeveloped wings, and a nasty tendency to set things on fire, Ignis haunts the nightmares of many suppressed peasants.
The previous second-in-command of the Dragonblood was quick to step in as the new leader, under the watchful gaze of Arcturas. Although he carries out and enforces the rulings of the black-suited villain, he does so with a brutality and violence even more direct than his predecessor, as evidenced by the carcass of a Kraii Nestlord which he wears as proof of his hostility.
Of course, the core of the Millinery's power lies in Sir Pacifus von Sporktimus and his disciples, the Gentlemen Gunmen. Once hired mercenaries, they have now become Arcturas' most trusted militia. Sporktimus, having once lost an eye, is now imbued with a mechanical replacement equipped with a tactical targeting lens, though the color of his cape varies depending on his mood.
Finally, Arcturas Endrogen himself, sipping a fine cup of Earl Grey. Behind him, as usual, is his inventor and resident mad scientist, Doctor Jekyll, who tends to remain offworld in order to better construct steam-powered machines of Death and destruction.
Other Notes: Arcturas, Pacifus and the Dragonblood Commander Crawven all serve as Masters, whilst every other unit wearing a black hat/helmet is counted as a thrall. Jekyll's potion allows him to transform from a Mechanik to a Heavy for 1d6 turns, assuming that he has it. A Critical Failure causes him to overdose on the serum, turning his newborn violence against the nearest unit, friendly or otherwise.
As a note, the group is prone to frequent fluctuation, but this is all I've got for now. I'll add anything more as it gets built.
