A new hero?
He's going to be a new enemy for the Army of JAM and I'm going to create a small force for him. Steam Punk pirate style maybe?
Was thinking about calling this guy Bluefog.

Use different torso without the tattood arm in my opinion.

You probably could keep the tatooed arm, but a different torso would look better.

Actually, I think he's awesome as is. He looks like a civilian minifig who grabbed up a badass hammer and some sweet armor in the chaos of some battle or other, and I like that. I don't think you need to change anything.

That was actually what I was hoping to achieve.
