Colonial Army of New Potsdam (UPDATED 7/31)

New Overwatch pics (7/31):

New tanks (7/18):

General Tobias Wurlitzer, a grizzled veteran of many conflicts.

Captain Dex Doubleday, a fierce warrior who only dual wields weapons.

He carries two knives and two submachine guns.

The elite force of colonial detachments, the marines:

Armed with assault rifles and equipped with HUD helmets and (totally not life vests) amphibious armor.

Long-rifle men and an officer (thank you to RedRover/Duerer/others for the idea on making horrible stud shooters look like rifles):

Here is a shot of the long rifle vs. the standard infantry carbine. Also pictured is an anti-materiel rifle that I made from spare battlepack parts (except for the scope):

Rangers/scouts/snipers, whatever you want to call them:

And finally, basic troopers. They are equipped with the same HUD helmets as marines, as well as blaster carbines:

New hover tanks (7/18):

UPDATE 7/16- Police Forces of Caldemere
Overwatch:

As the capital of the colonial Empire of New Potsdam, Caldemere is a bustling city. In order to police this huge metropolis, Caldemerean officials have established a militarized police force. Some say they are heavy-handed in their approach, but the government deems such measures necessary to combat anti-peach terrorism. The colors of the City Police are orange, black, and white.

The head of the City Police,Captain Gerard Pilkington. He is a mean old geezer, a violent man with a bitter attitude towards the world (especially since he lost his leg). He carries a billy club of justice and a shotgun. To the right of him is the Commissioner of Public Safety, Horace McClintock. He is a shady man and stays out of the spotlight, but he is certainly responsible for the "disappearances" of political enemies to the Potsdam regime. He carries a secret briefcase, filled with who knows what.

Security officers form the bulk of standard police forces. They are equipped with shock-spears, a weapon that can be lethal or non-lethal, depending on how it is used.

Riot guards are crowd-control specialists armed with shotguns. Their chestplates serve to protect them from rioters, while their shotguns can be loaded with non-lethal shells. However, they are often given orders to kill.

The most highly trained of all police forces, The Seekers are experts in tracking down undesirables. They make the most arrests of any police unit. However they have been known to kill many citizens as well. They are armed with standard blaster rifles, which have a stun mode as well.

These guards are used to protect officials, work security details outside government buildings, and for ceremonial purposes. They are armed with archaic rifles that would be ineffective in combat.
That's all for those guys, definitely going to make a cruiser or hoverbike of some sort.
