Inquisitor Abel C. Dromedary (The Kamel)

Post by hobonoob5000 » Fri Jul 22, 2016 6:02 pm

Presenting the vehicle of choice of Joe Camel, a member of the Animal Kingdom (http://brikwars.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=15491), who is called Inquisitor Abel C. Dromedary or The Kamel, though the Inquisitor despises the latter name. The Animal Kingdom's vehicles are all "living" creatures, as Mother Nature gave normal vehicles life.
The Inquisitor is quite the gentleman and hates getting his hands dirty, but still has the signature hatred for all things minifig related. Armed with a plethora of weaponry, the Inquisitor can eliminate entire squadrons at once, and will make any minifig shudder at the sight of him. He is made of metal but is usually covered completely in yellow paint, but currently he is battle damaged. (excuse for the grey).

An Overwatch of the vehicle; has a tail turret, 4 mini guns for flank coverage, 2 smaller laser blasters on the front for infantry, an ear piece which is just for dakka and finally a massive cannon called the Hump with 6 missiles on the side, just for a little more carnage .

A better look at the Inquisitor's mustache, cigar and bow tie along with the ear piece.

The cigar, torching a fig.

The tail turret in action, also note the storage for the maniac beer.

The Hump in action: it's quite powerful.

Easily one of the most brikwarsy vehicles on the forums in a long time. This thing is all kinds of :666: . I think the cigar is one of my favorite parts, like the icing on a bloody, dakka-laden cake. :studgod:

This is a great idea, and really well executed; the use of standard bricks is very satisfying.

Wish all my tanks smoked cigars.

Ahhhh...the action shots in this one were the best. Not only is it smoking, but smoking kills. :tiger:

Hands down the best vehicle of that size on the forums! I loo at my boring tank collection and weep thinking of this.
What is really well done is the head, especially with the eyes. Even though there is a cockpit due to the head you're
convinced it's actually a giant camel looking at you here.
If you're not into Metal you are not my friend!

Again I noticed your insane amount of RT cones. This thing is pretty good, I like the hump cannons.

Thanks. The head took forever: the shaping of the mouth/snout took a few tries. Though I had to use Bennie's spaceship's windshield  .

Yeah, I bought like 1000 on bricklink one day. Thanks for the feedback.
