(As a forewarning, this is my brothers faction. The only thing I have control over is the Lore.)
After the destruction of the Greek home planet during the short Clone-Greek conflict, Dax, an officer at the time, was appalled at the unnecessary destruction of life (he eventually realized how stupid he was for thinking that). He gathered a group of followers and together they fled (unintentionally to the same sector where the Greeks would soon flee as well). With Dax as their leader, the newly formed Independent Clone Alliance did almost exactly what THE Clones had done, but "for the greater good!"

Infantry

Basic and Boring, the Clone Troopers server as the main soldiers for the ICA, as with any other true clone faction.


The two Pilots drive stuff. What else would they do?


The five specialist: a Robotic Anti-material Unit, a Medic, a Machine Gunner, a Marksman, and an Acid Thrower.


The Elite Four (which isn't a reference to Pokemon) are the super squad, a step above specialists. They take care of all types of special missions. (Don't ask me what makes the guy with the axes special. As I said, this is my brother's faction.)


And of course the Heroes, Cody, Gree, and of course Dax the leader.


Vehicles

The "Castle Feat" Walker (as named by Red Rover) was donated by the Greeks after the post-TMITM alliance.


A Tie Fighter 'cause it's a clone army.


Yet another unmodified set, the AT-RT is primarily used by the Elite Four.


The BARC Speeder is a light personal transport/support vehicle used for all types of missions.

Only thing that bothers me is the official set vehicles, but you admitted to that so it's fine.
