So all of this has actually existed long before I discovered Brikwars, I've had it for quite a few years actually. I usually put it up on Flickr or MOCpages, I also used South Mirthan on a nation simulator site called Nationstates. Links are available by every photo, which will take you to the first page of the album which will contain more pictures, and more detailed descriptions of South Mirthanese military hardware. There are a few things in the group shot not present below, but rest assured, I will post about them when I have time.

The Kingdom of South Mirthan is medium sized nation in the pacific ocean east of Japan. Colonized by German settlers in the 1600's the nation is veritable mix of Japanese and German influence. Today, South Mirthan is a leading economic power, with a powerful military to defend against its hostile northern neighbor, The Republic of North Mirthan.

PERSONNEL:
The South Mirthanese military is a mix of volunteers and conscripts. 2 Years of service is mandatory for all citizens. Those physically unable to serve pay a 2% tax as their patriotic duty to protect their nation.

South Mirthan's booming economy, and constant need for military strength has led to the development of state-of-the-art weaponry on par with modern eastern and western countries.

This is awesome. We've had quite a few realistic modern military armies, but none at this scale. Great job all around! :winrar:

I must say that that ship is fucking amazing. I would also say that it would look better as a space ship. (Im guessing thats not really your thing but hey you have to admit it would be pretty badass..)

Holy ship! Forget Brikwars, how have I never seen this on any other lego related site before? The tanks and planes are great (the Black Knight is my favorite) but that ship is seriously insanely inpressive, I can't even imagine the time and effort (not to mention money) required to build that!

Wow, this has got to be one of the most impressive armies I have seen on the forums! Really liking this modern theme. Brikwars needs more modern themed armies.

Lol, it is actually inspired by the Gepard, but it also takes inspiration from the Tunguska, the turret is placed on a modified Champion 2 Tank Chassis. I must say, I like your usage of the metal ingot pieces as reactive armor. I might have to try that out.
