Whenever a greater evil approaches to threaten the lives of innocents, this messenger of the Great Creator descents from Caelum to the worldly realm in order to locate and eliminate said evil for good. These servants, known as Guardian Redeemers, appear to look like drones fielded by the Church but are in fact sentient beings, who solely answer to their deity. Theologians speculate that these angelic creatures might in fact be the incarnation of past believers, who at some point ascended to the afterlife yet decided to return to the world of the living in order to accomplish a bigger task.
Each Redeemer fields a giant tower shield with sacred runes engraved to ward of any kind of dark magic (and to a certain extent evil science).
A huge sacred javelin serves as the primary weapon of the Guardian Redeemer, burning daemons on a mere touch and even shooting bolts of purifying energy.
