[FF19] D's Figbarf

What the
Star Force Soldier lacks in brains, he can surely make up with his resilience and weaponry. Heavy body armour combined with its natural physiology make him a dreadful opponent with half a dozen men required to take down one of his kind. If they survive the hail of bullets from his high-calibre bolt thrower that is.

A pack with a pair of huge jump jets for maximal thrust speed are quite frequently used by the soldier to ram himself into the next best pile of enemies (or wall), proving to be a crude yet quite effective tactic on the battlefield.

Not even these riot gear troopers are a match for the raw aggression of this violent beast!

A fierce entry indeed, but I still have tricks up my sleeve for my Megablok Patrick...

Here I've got two entries for Kustom Kharacters:

The
Sweet Soul is a noble and brightly coloured warrior of justice, always there to help you out of the most dire situations. Armed with a fancy energy blade and a chunky bolt pistol, he shall have no problem with taking out any incoming foe.

Here's a closer look at his fancily decorated jumpjet rack, that allows him to soar through the sky like the angel of death he is.

The
Total Fucker is the Sweet Soul's evil twin brother and always there to make your day even worse than it already is. Just like his better half, he possesses a bolt pistol, yet prefers to use a crude battle axe for melee combat instead, allowing him to sever limbs in the most painful manner possible.

Instead of jumpjets, he carries this icon of evil on his back, as a beacon of his terrifying presence. It even comes with a rotten skeleton stuck to it, so the Fucker won't feel too lonely.

Sweet Soul and Total Fucker engaged in close quarter.

Puking out a few more figs
*blargh*. This time they all belong to a group of
grotesque minifigs I worked on for like two years ago.

As a special kind of drone, the
Wrecker can exert both mindless destruction with his ball chain and more precise attacks with his talon grafted on the other hand.

If the
Butcher doesn't mash you into pulp with his giant hammer, his knife might sure do the trick!

Grafted with 4 (four!) drills as limbs, a set of wings and sharp senses, the
Cazador is sure to creep upon and skewer you in no time!

Unlike their winged cousins,
Lurkers are bound to the ground being armed with pickaxes instead of drills. However, it doesn't mean these things are any less deadly foes, as they can easily leap across bigger distances and crush into any unsuspecting opponent.

Star Force Soldier
Style -- 8
Nice to see a funny use of the patrick mold. Combos on the body could have used more creativity, but the concept itself is pretty creative.
Story-- 5
Not a lot of tie-in with being a hero or villain of Ragnablok
Photography-- 8
Solid photography
Thematic Potential-- 10
I could see him being a very unique and comical Character
Sweet Soul
Style -- 8.5
Cool color combos and a very spess marine appearance. I like it.
Story-- 7.5
Not very in-depth, but cool connection with having an evil twin
Photography-- 5
Though the fig is nice, its a render with no set
Thematic Potential-- 9
Total Fucker
Style -- 7.5
Fun design but I thought sweet soul was stronger
Story-- 7.5
Not very in-depth, but cool connection with having a good twin
Photography-- 5
Though the fig is nice, its a render with no set
Thematic Potential-- 9
Grotesque Figs (I am giving each individual the same scores because I feel similarly about each of them)
Style -- 8
Creative designs and color choices, definitely get an unsettling feeling which is what it seemed to be going for.
Story-- 7
Not a very developed background connecting them to Ragnablok, but reading between the lines I could see where it might
Photography-- 5
Though the figs are nice, they are renders with no set
Thematic Potential-- 7
they just seem like they would be generic henchmen to some other baddie

STAR FORCE SOLDIER
Style: 8/10
Story: 7/10
Photography: 10/10 - love the backgrounds and extra stuff to add color to the scene.
Thematic Potential: 8/10 - honestly I’m rating this higher here because Patrick based figs seem to be in vogue these days, so I’d like to see an entire faction arise from this.
SWEET SOUL
Style: 8/10
Story: 7/10
Photography: 6/10 - gonna be a common theme with a lot of these digitally built figs, would like to have seen some more polished renders.
Thematic Potential: 7/10
TOTAL FUCKER
Style: 9/10 - I like both these guys but the evil emblem really caught my eye, I think I like him just a little more than his bro.
Story: 7/10
Photography: 6/10
Thematic Potential: 7/10
WRECKER
Style: 7/10
Story: 6/10
Photography: 6/10
Thematic Potential: 6/10 - Generic baddies are cool, but not super relevant to Ragnablok, and unless we get a full faction, I don’t see these guys being much more than that.
BUTCHER
Style: 8/10 - This is my fave of the bunch, I just like his aesthetic.
Story: 6/10

Thematic Potential: 6/10
CAZADOR
Style: 7/10
Story: 6/10

Thematic Potential: 6/10
LURKER
Style: 8/10 - I just really like the copper Cyberman head.
