[BB19] The Watchful Frog (Drunken Madness)

Here's my entry into the 2019 Blarney Build in the Drunken Madness category. It's a bipedal mech with spotlights on it.

Why are there four spotlights pointed in pretty much the same direction? Why do the mounts for the lights have turbines on them? Why are the heels of the feet so flimsy that they actually provide no support? What even is the point of a vehicle like this?

Unfortunately drunk me didn't have the patience to figure out functional pistons for the legs, so they're fixed at different lengths to create the illusion of function.

It's piloted by a construction worker because he was at the top of my box of assembled minifigs. The canopy also only closes about 90% of the way with him in there because I didn't actually put a minifig in the cockpit until I was done building it. I was too busy watching movies*, talking about said movies to myself on Discord, and also being drunk.

Here's the selection of fuel I used for this build. Ontario beer is great. I need to buy more of the maple butter tart beer because it's seasonal and, more importantly, is amazing.
Epilogue: This was a bad idea. I was up until 4:00 in the morning, and was the opening manager at work at 6:30. I ended up being 30 minutes late, and was absolutely still slightly drunk for the first hour or so at work. A lesson was learned that morning.
*If anyone's curious, the movies in question were Solo: A Star Wars Story, Annihilation, and Avengers: Infinity War.
