Thanks! I’ve been workin on this faction for a couple years now and I love how it looks. To your second observation, yeah the OTC’s (forgive me for not turning the letters orange, I don’t know how) used to be more spread out then Bad Tom decided that it’s a better idea to have the troops protecting him equipped with the best stuff. So he confiscated most of the OT armor as well as ton of OTC’s along with the soldier's using them.

Ah, to be an expendable frontline soldier in an army and have your supplies taken away for your leader's survival.

I wouldn’t worry too much about that lot. All it takes is the diabetic coma induced from payday at headquarters and they’ll forget most of the stuff that has happened to em in the past couple weeks. Something else to consider is when the armor and OTC’s were confiscated they just hauled off the troopers wearing and using em as well. They’ll be paid slightly more workin directly under the big doofus himself so it’s not that bad of a deal (also some of the battalion commanders are prone to rebellious tendencies and Tom thought it would be better to control the supply of the best weaponry available).
