Castle stuff
Undead - I haven’t decided how I’m going to split these out yet, Mummies will likely be turned into some sort of dead servants of their king similar to Skyrim Draugr feeding and serving their Dragonpriests, if anyone ever bothered reading the book in game on the lore on those that is.

Scorpions - Giant is missing armour slope pieces, more banners to be added, going to add scorpion swarms. Might change heroes a bit.
Greeks (left-ish) and their myths (right-ish) - Unsure if this’ll be split in two or not yet.
Senātus Populusque Rōmānus - Aquila to be built, flaming pigs to be added
The Wolves - Humans and werewolves and wargs working together in bloody harmony. Likely adding some dogs.
Hog mercenaries - Will also probably get flaming pigs.
Islanders - I kept finding bits of them after taking this photo. Expecting to add a few.
Mammoth hunters - I may just give these guys mammoths.
Kobolds - Yes, I was so lazy that I didn’t even bother opening the sets with half the army in them.
Crowned Lions - The third son of the recently deceased king basically going “Well if both my brothers are going to raise armies to fight for the crown, I’m totally gonna try to steal the crown for myself”.
Highlanders - Needs a William Wallace type hero still
Totally-not-just-Rohan - Probably mercenaries.
Barbarians - It amuses me to no end that all it took to make the WWE style wrestler Collectible Minifig into a convincing Barbarian was replacing the mullet with a helmet and giving him a hammer.
Tribesmen - Weapon re-work likely.
Egyptians (Living) - Probably going to get the mummies.
Happy-go-lucky-halflings-and-dwarven-friends - Those are halflings with pebbles, nothing can stop them.
Peasant Mob - Honnestly just going to be fun. They seem to have their first stake burning going on…

The Brownpants - A mercenary company who insist on everyone but their leader wearing brown pants to avoid “embarassment” in battle.
Bear Warriors - Pikemen have bear printed platemail to be added, need to actually add their cannon fodder spearmen. And maybe some actual bears, but that might be too similar to The Wolves getting actual wolves.
4 Random archers - I have no idea where they’re going.
Yellow Dragons - Some now with pants.
Battle Angels - Something about Flash Gordon approaching?
The Haircut Aficionados - They like swords, and a specific matching haircut. Planning to add a barber hero.
Yuan-Tis - There’s some more of them in unopened sets still, and need to take a dremmel to the not quite fully broken off keychain rings for some of them.
Antiquated Castle Forces - Unsure what I’ll do with them, but it was cool to realise how many I had slowly acquired.
Samurai - The Samurai themselves I’m pretty happy with. The robes and kanabo guys I’m not entirely sold on. The polearm wielding footment I’m really not sold on. Might add some early firearms and/or archers on foot as well. I like the heavy diversity of Samurai since that's how they were.
Furbeasts - I thought I had more Ewoks than this. I keep thinking I should get more wookies and then I never do.
Minotaurs - In this world, there's a large group of minotaurs living to the far north in some sort of monastery setup around the north pole. In general, when they interact with the outside world it causes extreme fear because it usually means an existential threat is present. They have some humans that get accepted into their ranks (Will be an entire squad after a Bricklink order arrives)
