Lots of detail, not easy to achieve on a small MOC!

> Style -- Excellent, I’m happy you’re doing something with Octan which has been underutilized up to this point. Crazy good parts usage. 10/10
> Substance -- This is so compact and well made it hurts. This is the pure essence of the HPH; less is more. I am curious to know how stable the rubber-banded windshield actually is but other than that this is fantastic. 10/10
> Photography -- Your photos are great as always, although the later few pictures could benefit from less sunlight and more fixed, muted lighting to keep the glare down. 9/10
> Story -- Like I said before, I like that Octan is getting more focus, not much story to the piece besides the affiliation and brief snippet about the speeder’s functionality. 3/10

Octan Speeder
Style: 9. Impressive greebling for the size, could almost have submitted a trio of these!
Substance: 9.
Photography: 8.
Story: 10. It is impossible to not imagine the ways these things will accidentally explode at the most inopportune moments, and therefore, it is amazing.
Total: 26 (36 tiebreaker)

So much good stuff here. The front is particularly clever.
