I think the last event I actually participated in was a HPH like 4 years ago. In which I submitted a Power armor suit. I was proud of it at the time, but time passes by, and I've gotten a lot better at building stuff in general. And I just happened to build another small frame power armor / mech suit a few days before HPH this year. So here we go again.

With the advent of widespread heavy body armor, and heavy autonomous armored units both being deployed within the Imperiya Armiya, the previous series of "Svarog" Power armor had become utterly obsolete. So a replacement was ordered, Resulting in a larger, more efficient and more mobile power armor. Typically reserved for elite soldiers as a reward for long and successful service.

The Bulat stands at roughly 1 and a half minifigs tall.

Unlike the predecessor model, the wearer has total use of their arms and hands, and can carry any weapon normally, instead of relying on wrist mounted weapons. Soldiers trained in the use of this power armor are typically given a Shuka heavy machinegun that has been modified for sustained fire, and an enormous ammo capacity compared to the infantry models.

Shortly after it was first deployed, the Dominion of Ruin managed to steal at least one suit, and now issues it to worthy champions of the Black Legion.


While this is a submission for HPH21, I actually have two Imperiya Bulats, and one Black Legion version

Damn that's good.
You really matched the esthetic of the stormtrooper helmet well with the suite.
It's nice how good the texture look is with those ingot bricks.
