The Ice Queens, their entourage and heavy infantry. They are associated with the Permafrost, but no lore yet. Sit tight on these.

The Scorched Earth warband joined by a banana mascot, who joined them under political asylum. They are associated with the Great Flame, but no lore yet other than that they are enemies of the Permafrost.

The Sea Squad: Red and Blue teams. As a faction, they are opposed to themselves, as the two teams have an irreconcilable difference: the Blue team refuses to use single-part harpoon guns and prefers to use the chrome-silver harpoon part instead, whereas the Red team is just fine with the single-part harpoon gun. They can be included in the same army, but they will waste turns squabbling if deployed too close to each other. Aligned to some type of greater Water based faction to be determined later.

The Castle Raiders: A disorganized force, the remnants of larger older armies long since disbanded. They play well with others, but insist on attacking fortified positions, and won't join a band that is attempting to defend.

The Castle Defenders: A small force of survivors from sacked cities. They always have the benefit of whatever fortifications the table has to offer, and will bring one if there are no proper structures fortification not included.

The Orange Laser Enjoyers (chads): They come from a land abundant with naturally occurring orange laser, and simply can't be bothered to invest in the production or mastery of any other kind of laser. They make war for fun on other space factions, especially laser-based factions, because laser-on-laser combat is just the best isn't it?

The Yellow Laser Users (I refuse to accept that this is neon Green): They've worked tirelessly to harvest and refine energy crystals to enrich their weapons to the point where they can produce yellow laser. They oppose the Orange Laser Enjoyers because of the obvious balance issues involved in natural (overpowered) vs artificial laser.

Free Space: A space-era group that are currently unaligned, and could adapt to any color of laser for a given battle.

The Shadowy Cabal: These are villains that could back any major faction(s) behind the scenes, with the main drawback that they will betray their own allies at the drop of a hat in order to escape.

Grey Area: A morally ambiguous bunch which lives off the land in the grey ruins of lego starwars builds. They also happen to be a mercenary faction.

Obligatory Undead Faction: From the Bone Zone, the undead faction is pretty much devoid of lore. They are led by a Necromancer for now, but they have Ninja Billy Mays as a champion so there's that.

The Agents of Chaos: A mix of characters that behave unpredictably on the field. The Land Pirate will try to randomly claim whatever terrain it can reach, but only if someone-else currently controls that terrain. The Fire Fighter is just as likely to start a fire as she is to put one out, and the Green Knight has a very confusing feature length film. Lastly the Under-Cover Cop is really obviously a cop, and will attempt to arrest any characters who are breaking the law (even yours).

The Ape Shift: Powerful ape warriors, but they will stop at nothing to acquire and devour any banana on the table. This applies to the banana mascot guy, which is why he relies on the Scorched Earth for protection.

Licensed Spell-Casters: These mages are certified by the magical authority to practice spells, and can be hired on a contract basis. Grandilf the Guy for example needs to support his smoking habit.

The Old East: They are all that's left of the ninja empire before they were conquered by Lego Ninjagotm.

Insane Science: They are the new hotness, and will need some brick-built monstrocities before they can be considered a main faction.

The Setbacks: Not a faction so much as a performance art group that exists to interfere with the enemy.

Riders: While I haven't been making much in the way of vehicles just yet, I decided to set-aside the figs that are clearly riders of some kind rather than have them mingle with the civilian population.
