Akemi is a nurse working for ARC and sees Ooyama as her friend, She has orange/black hair and even has excellent medical skills to heal someone, There's something obscure about her, perhaps it's her goodwill or perhaps it's simply her unusal looks. But nonetheless, people tend to become her friend, while hoping she will one day be their leader.

This minifig is totally purist, complete with orange/black drill hair piece, freckled female face and nurse clothing with dual-molded white legs with black boots.
