No one knows where this guy came from, but he seems to get along well with the Brikwave Collective. He's skilled with a skateboard and his glowsticks pulse with a strange energy. I would advise not touching the hair.

Style: 7 A bit disjointed but I think that's the point. The torso print helps get across his eccentricity.
Story: 7 I enjoy the juxtaposition of the mysterious stranger trope with the look of this character.
