Natco parks must be kept perfectly clean 24/7, so the company only hires the best of the best to clean them. On the battlefield, they get stronger by picking up debris, and they can gain special abilities if they find anything magical. Don't get in their way, or you'll be the one getting cleaned up.

No one knows where this guy came from, but he seems to get along well with the Brikwave Collective. He's skilled with a skateboard and his glowsticks pulse with a strange energy. I would advise not touching the hair.

Style: 7 A bit disjointed but I think that's the point. The torso print helps get across his eccentricity.
Story: 7 I enjoy the juxtaposition of the mysterious stranger trope with the look of this character.
