A secret mission for Zero takes Sam Porter Bridges and his new organization, the Brikverse Reconnection and Interdimensional Gateway Establishment Society (B.R.I.D.G.E.S.) to the planet Venice, where the police intercept them and attempt to seize their cargo.
The megastructures supporting the Cathedral of Syndicate Ascension's space elevator form an epic backdrop to the battle to come.
The T.L.A. forces, led by Sam Porter Bridges, attempt to deliver their package at any cost.
While Commander Tyrell (on the bike on the left side) prepares to stop them.
And then we found out that 25 mile an hour winds were strong enough to blow individual minifigs over, so the battle had to be moved indoors to a much less visually interesting and more poorly lit field.
First blood goes to the T.L.A. machine gun jetbike, which kills a polar bear.
Commander Tyrell switches her bike to hover mode and leads her troops' advance.
And a hover bike and bicycle cop ride up the middle.
The jetpacker hides behind the turret gun in the center of the field.
Commander Tyrell successfully goads the MG biker into a game of chicken.
He closes in, peppering Tyrell's bike with gunfire.
The collision severely damages both vehicles.
Meanwhile the positron cannon bike takes a couple Size points off the police car.
And the hover tank's twin cannons do even more.
The D-Walker pilot attempts a Stunt Driving roll to move up a few extra inches. He critfails, and instead sprints 15" up the battlefield and Tokyo Drifts into the tank. The impact leaves both vehicles unharmed, but the pilot is crushed by the G-forces.
The T.L.A. infantry move up. Sam attempts to scan the terrain to maximize his movement speed, but is distracted by a series of poorly designed menu screens.
The Venetian hover bike rider kills the T.L.A. RPG trooper.
Commander Tyrell ends the game of chicken by taking the T.L.A. biker's head.
The now driverless bike plunges into her own troops, killing two, as she rides off triumphant.
She attempts to fling the head at the T.L.A. troops, but instead it hits her fellow hover bike driver. Fortunately it does too little damage to be fatal.
The jetpacker grabs the ammunition for the heavy cannon in the center of the map, and boards the driverless D-Walker...
...Drops the box in the middle of the T.L.A. lines, and brings the hammer down on it.
The blast wipes out everyone except Sam, who is Redshirted out of the way.
The hovertank kills some infantry as revenge.
A construction worker bisects the bicycle cop.
Another kills this guy.
A Venetian soldier sprints into the fort gun turret's control seat, but a T.L.A. soldier kills him.
Not having learned his lesson from the D-Walker pilot's demise, the positron jetbike rider attempts a Stunt Driving roll and collides with his own troops.
Sam shoots a Venetian hover bike rider out of his seat. Fortunately his passenger is there to take control.
Sam attempts to send the bike out of control by throwing his luggage at it, but hits himself in the face instead.
At that same moment, Commander Tyrell shoots the luggage, killing Sam.
A shotgunner kills one of the construction workers.
Another blasts two jump troopers.
The cop car moves up and blasts the jetbike while it's down.
Commander Tyrell attacks the hover tank's turret, damaging it and disabling one of its guns. She then does a wheelie on the tank.
The tank accepts her challenge and uses its remaining cannon to land a perfect headshot.
The shotgunners wipe out more construction workers, defeating all the T.L.A.'s infantry.
The tank blasts two Venetian troops.
The cop car's gun turret deals an additional point of damage to the tank.
The hover bike rider charges in, beam saber drawn.
His attack does another point of damage to the tank.
The tank lands a hit on the bike in retaliation.
The biker's next attack misses.
The cop car driver prepares to detonate the rocket ammo in the seat behind him.
The cop car gunner leaps out of his seat and flees...
The massive detonation destroys both vehicles.
Carnage covers the battlefield as the surviving Venetians celebrate their victory.
