The Bovine Egalitarian and Emancipation Front (B.E.E.F)'s armed forces are a force to be mocked by anyone but farmers. Improvising their equipment out of trash elements and low effort builds, no cheap wooden or corrugated steel barn can resist their mighty firepower, and farmers beware!

Born from the oppression suffered by bovinekind throughout history, the B.E.E.F was the latest of many attempted revolutionary movements to free the oppressed cattle. Unlike all the previous ones, however, it (mostly) succeeded. Now liberating cows across space itself, B.E.E.F forces can be found manning all kinds of weapons from all kinds of eras. This particular small force we're observing here has been fighting against oppressors on a Kold War(ish)-era planet, with very disputed success.

We can observe them here in one of their food reserves, no doubt planning to ambush an unsuspecting farmer about to go to their barn.

It's hard to say whether farmers notice B.E.E.F ambushing forces, or whether they just don't care, since the bovines achieve a fairly high success rate in ambushes, despite the crippling lack of camouflage and stealth both cows and armoured vehicles really could achieve within the confines of a farm.
Self-Propelled Cowitzer

This vehicle has been completely improvised out of random material. Old construction vehicle chassis, the lowest quality materials passing off as armour, and complete with an ancient cannon taken from the nearest town square, recycled as a rocket-mortar (weapon experts are still debating on how to classify it, and much blood was drawn in the heated discussions on this, as per tradition). The side armour panels are held up purely by the hopes and dreams of Cattlekind, and a little bit of hot glue.
The typical armour of Cowvalry and other bovine vehicles is generally dubious at best - fortunately offering complete protection from pitchforks, but often failing at fending off stronger attacks, like cannon fire, combine harvester ramming, Tzan-launching trebuchets and crop duster kamikaze strikes (most of those being fairly accessible to farmers).
Their firepower, often using manure and gases from grain silos as explosive material, is frequently lacking, though it's been found that some B.E.E.F combatant groups have used actually effective explosives, and have been able to destroy a police station engaging in anti-B.E.E.F actions (an operation known under the name "GRILLED B.E.E.F", is meaning being yet to be declassified as a result of everyone aware of it being dead) using similar self-propelled mortars.
Hoofantry

Hoofsoldiers make the bulk of the fighting force of the B.E.E.F.
While vulnerable to being tipped onto their side (a flaw plaguing bovinekind), bovine Hoofsoldiers remain a force to not underestimate. Depending on the race, certain cattle can reach large sizes, and typically have tougher skins than minifigs, allowing them to resist more damage on average. A charge of spear-equipped cows have pulverised many a serf and made vanish many farmers and their barns throughout history.
This particular team features two regular Hoofsoldiers, armed with unidentified improvised firearms. Lack of information on what exact nature these improvised weapons are being present, the current assumption is some kind of improvised shotgun. Crude and probably in part made by enslaved farmers, Hoofantry weapons of the B.E.E.F forces often barely qualify as dangerous (at least for the intended target). The other Hoofsoldier here is an anti-vehicle specialist, having an improvised "recoilless" rocket cannon, likely taken from a disabled armed tractor. It is unknown whether they reload the weapon themselves, or how they achieve it, but they seem to somehow achieve it.
A theory has been discussed regarding the possibility of cows having secret psychic abilities, achieving things like questionable weapons and vehicles to function when they really should not, or somehow reloading weapons affixed to their backs while not possessing hands nor any limb capable of reaching that far back. Nothing has been confirmed regarding this, however.
I've definitely spent more time writing that stupidand barely thought out text than actually building the stuff in the picture. This makes my first forum post, as well as my first participation in a contest. I will not be sorry for the poor quality of the build (it makes it more authentic), in this case the result of 10 minutes of sleep-deprived, low attention span building.
