The M1 Selectman Enhanced Capacity Suite is an experimental design first deployed by the US Army in the Azure Galaxy, using it as a proving ground. This frame effectively turns any soldier into a walking tank and allows for the handling of bigger weaponry, such as smartguns, without impairing the gunner's movement or targeting capabilities.


Huge energy exhausts prevent the M1 SECS from overheating mid-combat and allow for it to be subjected to more hazardous environments for longer periods of time. It is rumoured that these engines could be overclocked to be used as improvised jumpjets, though such a daring manoeuvrer is not advised by R&D.


Not nearly as ornate as the Orlogrodian Paladin Armour, the M1 still impresses with its sheer volume.

The Spicers Guild is one of the most influential entities in the Azure Galaxy that isn't affiliated to any specific nation. Nonetheless, they possess immense political influence through trading with spices, highly potent narcotics produced from transparent minerals. Large swaths of disenfranchised populations, mostly LAC miners who desperately try to enhance their performance or simply attempt to escape their mortal coil, find themselves addicted to these substances, unable to pay for their next dose. The Spicers, however, have little care for the plight of their poorer clients, threatening to smash their kneecaps with their spiked clubs or frying them in the next best back alley with their disruptor muskets, should they find themselves unable to pay up.
