[JJJ24] Dreamling Militia Training Day

Last Samhain's fiasco in dreamling country was not an isolated incident. But since it involved a high-ranking paladin of Aslantaine, and representatives of the powerful Azure League, it might have sparked some reflection among the dreamling elders. Perhaps the Mayor would take this opportunity to reflect on whether his desire to protect his people from the world's dangers might have had unforeseen consequences, so that they might have become one of those dangers themselves . . .

In a secluded glen in the forest, the dreamlings are preparing for battle with measures old and new. The Mayor has been very vocal about how they need to train more, and noticeably silent whenever someone comments they were lucky to have knights of Aslantaine around last time.
The Mayor and the blacksmith are building an upgraded defense golem. Syr Evan smashed the doomstone powering the last one, but the Mayor is working on an alternative alchemical power source that is undoubtedly very stable and will definitely eliminate the chance of it going out of control like the other one(s).
That shield seems to have the sigil of a Knight of the Realm. I wonder what the Queen of Aslantaine would think if she saw the musketeers and the fire cart using it for target practice?
