[HPH24] - ISC "Veles" Anomalous Zone Rover

The International Scientific Commission (ISC) was established on Mir in R2024 Sometime after the infamous Diamond basin Crystalization Power Plant (DCPP / DbCPP) disaster where after a Slavonik Mantle missile strike, The surrounding region first suffered an Ecological collapse as crystal dust spread all over the area causing virulent outbreaks of uncontrolled crystal growth. And sometime thereafter an increasing number of scientifically curious physical, elemental, and unnatural phenomenon started to occur.
The ISC operates primarily from fortified research bases and bunkers scattered across the Conflict Zone, However for short to medium range expeditions they may opt to use vehicles.
Flying is generally considered to be a grave hazard. Regular civilian vehicles are ill suited to the task of traversing rough terrain, and even most military vehicles cannot withstand the various electrical and thermal anomalies that can be found in the areas the ISC wishes to study, Furthermore the ISC is strictly a scientific group and does not carry weapons of their own, and sees no need to utilize military vehicles which would make them seem threatening to others.
Enter the Veles. A small, sturdy, quick all-terrain-vehicle that's emphasis is on reliability, speed, safety, and most importantly, hardened systems that can operate in anomalous areas. The Veles is used as a short to medium range taxi-cab by scientists in their safety suits. Usually to cart persons between bases or research camps, but also sometimes to cart small amounts of supplies or scientific artefacts and other finds back to camp.
