The "Astra" is designed to be mass produced in large quantities in short time, so that battlefields can quickly get reinforcements.
The BOAST: This tank design came into being along three seperate drinking sessions with several cands and bottles of different beers. It may be that some types of schnapps were involved, too. It uses the rough design language used for the "Templin", which was built right before and stood on the table as reference the whole time. As you can see, the name of one of the involved beers gave the inspiration for the tank's name.
