Entry 1: Ynidon Fury Gunship



The Fury Gunship is an attack VTOL craft for close support fire missions



It carries missiles and a front mounted twin-machine gun, plus a complement of up to four infantry drones



Check out the bitchin' pilot



And it has a nice butt

Entry 2: Skion Halberd Attack Helicopter



The Halberd is an attack helicopter



It wields a front mounted machine gun, rocket pods, and missiles



It's got a rear view



A rear view so nice, in fact, you need to see it twice



This is where the pilot sits but you can't see them. They go to a different school.

Boast: When asked about the greatest Lego builds of all time, Jamie Berard said, "It's ... definitely ... ... ... the ... Halberd ... helicopter" and Amy Corbett said, "please run this by my agent" (because she was that impressed).

Style: 9 (8 for the build itself, one bonus point because I really like the troops hanging from the back)
Substance: 7 (nice detailing around the cockpit)

Halberd Heli
Style: 7 (Heli itself feels a bit... basic to me, but I like the drone head)
Substance: 6 (again, i really like how the front/lower part is built, but the top of the heli could've used more work. especially because it looks like the rotor doesn't rotate that well. And it would've been nice if the missiles were easier to "fire off")

Solid work as always, recognizable as Dienekes stuff immediately. I really dig the shaping and the camouflage scheme of the Gunship, and it feels perfectly brikwarsy (if that makes any sense)- the perfect balance between a detailed showoff-model and a swooshable wargaming unit. The Halberd on the other side has a great angled corpus, yet the rest feels quite disproportional for a helicopter. The pictures are good overall in terms of lighting and different angles, yet the background is very distracting and sometimes makes it even hard to apprehend the silhouette of the builds.
Then again it's amazing how many celebrities and set designers you know. Hats off for that!
