Legotavian Federal Republic {Legacy Faction}
As Legotavian forces were embroiled in combat with the Immortals, traditional hover-based methods of fast transit became expensive as Crystal Reserves were channeled towards ever-grander projects. The Federal Army thus developed the
JW-1 "Jeorse" LUV, a light, leg-based staff car for patrol and logistics work. These vehicles and the sound of their mechanical galloping have become a common feature of the Republic's peripheral worlds, and represent the Republic's abhorrent value of '
Compromise', this time in the form of cost vs cool hover car. Truly, these minifigs in the Republic have been twisted by some dark force.
For Minifigs we see a classic Legotavian formation popularized during the Robot War period, with 1 Legotavian Sergeant, 2 Legotavian Troopers, and 1 Legotavian Friend Trooper. The heads are all distinct, in an effort to give the squad that classic Legotavian DEI Stare.
The
JW-1, or '
Anno Hrose' as its known to some more mocking Legotavian forces, is a quadrupedal staff car with an attached machineblaster and space for either cargo or a VIP. It is the successor to the JS-16, a speeder design that oversaw patrols during the Interim Period
You may have seen this build before, It was originally intended for this competition but I didn't get it ready in time. Thus, I'm submitting it now, hope that's not a problem!

Hmmm... I'm torn on this one.
Theme: 7 They're coherent, just looks a little odd? I mean, it works?
Substance: 7 I love that you used Friends figures in this faction - not a huge fan of the minidolls, but maybe if they saw more use like this... I have an issue with the walker though. Now, I like walker vehicles a lot, but that looks like it needs a little more articulation in the legs to keep from bucking people out. But the thing is, that walker does look the right size to fit in a battlepack...
Story: 7 Decent background for the faction, and for the vehicle.
Photos: 5 They're not BAD, but compared to the other entries they're lacking. Marble tabletop with paper backdrop versus fully Lego built table and backdrop or neutral grey/white spaces...

Theme: 7 I've always appreciated the Legotavian aesthetic in terms of its uniqueness (in more way than one).
Substance: 8 Solid build with good parts usage. Figures are fine with a good excuse for the diversity.
Story: 8 I like the background you've provided with some fun insights into Legotavia's lore.
Photography: 6 Clean, well-lit and focused. But the background and quality are slightly worse than other entries.
