Karenian Empire and Karenian Rebels

ok well now i have 2 military groups of my own design.
here is a back-story.

About a millinia ago, a group of human space-pioneers exploring the unexplored section of the outer galaxy, crash landed on a remote planet unknown to the rest of the galaxy. A few hundred years later, those same humans have grown into a Empire! One problem, the Imperial leaders became very greedy and oppressive. The "commoners", as the government calls them, became angry but because of the governments over ruling power
could not do anything about it.

Until Now. A small group of rebels have come together to try to take out the Empire and create a new, more people centered government.

ok well i guese it does have a little communist ideals(no one is richer than government).
but thats y i have rebels to fight them.

So in non-communist contries the governements are richer than anyone else?
