This is my first attempt at makeing a Special Operations Buggy. Armed with a .50 cal Machingun in the front passanger area & a mk 19 auto grenade launcher on top, it is better armed than the Rat. Faster & more off road capable it's better designed for recon operations with a small group of men.

Very nice, it reminds me of the command and conquer NOD attack buggy. You've probably heard this before but your grey colour scheme is really good. To have more than one of these things would be badass.

OMFG! Phenomenal! That is a lovely recon vehicle.

This is greatly build but I think that the gun in the front disturbs the driving of the ermm driver. But it's better to have <a href='http://tinyurl.com/y42zurt'>alot</a> of guns than clear sight of vision.

Now thats my definition of a specops buggy! Nice overall build, you handled the pipping pretty well, looks SPEC-tacular!

If the .50 Cal is getting in the way, you could mount it on a pivotal arm to the gunners side of the vehicle. That way it can lock forward AND be used to the side too. Just a thought.

I am so stealing this idea.

Nice i like the Mk 19 on the roofrack. The only thing it needs is explosives and beer defiantly beer.

Thanks everyone, I can't take all the credit, I saw the rail and seat housing combo on brickshelf awhile ago. I did the front end, the back end, & upper piping on my own. I made some changes per everyone suggestions...





I had the .50 cal on a side mount before , but it didn't fit too well, I tried it again with all your recommendations and the second attempt worked much better.



It has a good 50 degrees of coverage on the front right.



Also I decided to add weapons when they disembark & equipment packs for cosmetic reasons. They carry an M4 on either side of the vehicle.




And a sniper rifle behind the driver.



Oh, and since everyone was asking for explosives (besides the mk 19) I decided to stick a pack of dynamite under the hood for demolition missions.

It's a nice vehicle, a little SOB.

Just a suggestion, would the AKs and sniper and stuff look better clipped to the packs? Just wondering.
