DirtyCajun's Horror Corps

After posting my last battle report, several members have asked to see dirtycajun's army, his "Horror Corps." He didn't bring his camera with him to the store today, so I had him take the photos with mine. I'm expecting dirty cajun to come by and explain everything, but I'll give a little interpretation from my end first.

Image

The horror corps hero: cliche is "horror villain." Dirtycajun's feats are brilliant, just brilliant. Watch the battle reports to see how deadly-awesome this dude is. It might look like he just has two hand weapons, but this guy tears crap up!

Image

These ork soldiers have hand weapons mostly. They tend to mass in ramming jeeps (not pictured; read the bat reps).

Image

Pumpkin heads. These dudes are utility and clutch. Two medix, two mechanix, and a sniper. Dude, mechanix are awesome. Cajun used them so well today; bat rep will be up soon.

Image

Wolfman with a plasma cannon, and zombie? with a neat device that makes light barriers.

Image

Heavy weapons skellies. Left to right we have a dual-wielding heavy bolter, a flamer, and a light laser cannon.

Image

And this one is sexy. Pumpkin-head Mech with 2 laser rifles, a hand claw, and a pod of 4 rockets. Beast.

Image

There you have it, the Horror Corps. I think there are a couple of things not shown (jeeps and an r2d2 thingy. But this is roughly 300 CP that he was testing out for an upcoming tourney in 2 weeks. DirtyCajun, you can jump in with stats or notes or something...

What a bunch of bad guys! Amazing and inspired custom work on those minifigs and yet they still definitely look like a unit that belongs together and not a bunch of individuals.

Thanks for the post dude!

The basic thing about my army is that head denotes skill level
orcs are d6ers, pumpkin heads are d8ers, skulls hero's and specialists are d10s.

Low totem pole gets 2 hand weapons, pumpkins grab medical and mechanic, everyone else goes balls out deadly weapons.

My hero is basically a horror movie drill sergeant trope so I just do what I can with that, makes for some funny ass feats.

I still am not sure what I am doing with my she-wolf woman and my "research-tech" mummy but I am sure I'll figure it out. I am also looking for any cool ideas for feats for my standard troops, probably something to do with what their heads are.

The punk'nmech is just made with the standard toy story army man set and the cheap squid set from atlantis. Most of the heads are from the Monster 4 game.

When you see it you really won't believe the amount of carnage caused. It was really really ridiculous and proved beyond any shadow of a doubt that my esteemed opponent was a brikwarrior, not a brikpussy.

heh, nice. In regards to your special feats, I keep thinking about the legend of sleepy hollow whenever I see your pumpkin guys, maybe something to do with the removal of heads?

While I like the whole army, I loved the "Pumpkin-head Mech". That was very nice.

Great army.

I love these guys. The sergeant and the mech are the best.
