Indeed, the sloping slab designs combined with that dreary grey color palette really give it that "Cold War Communist" aesthetic.
It's a beautiful mechanized unit dude!

Wow. Based on the armies appearance/ overall ascetics, any chance of a metal gear in the near future?

If I saw this force assembling on the opposite side of the table, I'd piss myself

Wow. The b+w theme really goes well. Also, that Iron Maiden is amazing, I want more pics.

One of the best armies I've seen. Exceptional work.

Okay, ground armies are toast, but now you need some air and more anti-air to be truly effective. That and some mobile support units. The jeep and anti-air thing are a good start.

Completely awesome. I want to see these guys face off against the Assyrians or something.

You know, I actually disagree. There's enough rocket pods all over the tanks and infantry with bazookas of some sort that cover the anti-air role. The tanks are big and mean enough that they could probably stay pretty far apart from each other while still covering for one another, and since they've all got treads I think the role of mobile support is actually covered quite well too.

My suggestion would be something to make your infantry more effective. Hovering flyers like helicopters and other drop ships will not only put up something to stop your guys from getting shot at, but adding rappel lines will allow them to deploy to even the most sensitive battlefield locales - after the tanks have "softened" it up of course. Big open bay doors will limit your cover, but daring minifigs can easily fire from a moving, flying death machine. Or, just as easily from the bed of a supply truck.

Hey it's not like I said you were wrong, i just don't think air game requires much more than a troop transport, which hardly even counts as air power if all it's doing is dropping off dudes anyways.

The best flyers are fast flyers. They can't carry as much firepower, so it's not as useful. The only useful big flyer would be something that it pretty much just a mobile gun platform.

But that also doesn't really seem to fit the army's personality. Like was said earlier, it seems like Cold War heavy hitters. The only small, fast vehicle there is a small jeep, and that's even heavily armored for a jeep.
