A scenario for my next battle

Hi everyone. I'd like to show you the setup for my next Brikwars.
It is also possible that this scenario becomes my first forum battle.
Accompanied by his advisors, the president of Noxar has come to address the nation and provide an update on the recent progress of the spatial exploration program.
NoxSec troops (Noxarian Security) are deployed all around the stage to ensure the safety of the President. To attend to the speech, the public had to go through a security checkpoint where some items were confiscated.
The event has not failed to attract protesters. The presence of a riot squad prevent them from disturbing the speech.
The frigate used to carry the President and his advisors is on the roof of the building while the cruiser NSS-Conqueror is patrolling over the area.
The cruiser carries a squad of Heavy Troopers with some support units that can be deployed if necessary.
The strong military deployed in the area is not only due to the presence of the President but also to the fact that an object of great value is currently in the building: The strange artifact recovered during an expedition on planet Akurr. Although its use and real power remain a mystery, its high content of ORANGE TRANSPARENT ORE leaves no doubt about its potential power. The artefact is kept here until the Noxarian autorities agree on what they will do with it.
The artifact is guarded by one of the most decorated men of the Order of the Equinox, Agent Matt Artin. He is leading a squad of Troopers deployed inside the building.
The building has a lobby that leads to a conference room. Another room provides access to the outside landing pad and is used to store the goods in transit by the base. A warehouse located at the back (where the artefact is) leads to an armory.
A group of Raiders was informed of the presence of the artifact and want to steal it.
The Space Pirates are also on their way with a small fleet. Secretly sponsored by a corrupted advisor, they come to assassinate the President.
By an interesting coincidence, a group of Savages is also in the area with their newest war machine.
