Conglomerate of Salt Miners: Infantry Company

Yet another reorganization of my main faction, the Conglomerate of Salt Miners. I've tried to emulate how modern NATO nations would form a company-level group. So, here we go.

Here is a CSM infantry company. It consists of the following:
39 Conglomerate Employees
1 Captain (Company Commander)
1 Lieutenant (Company XO)
1 Master Sergeant (Company Sergeant)
2 Liuetenant Minors (Platoon Leaders)
2 Sergeants (Platoon Sergeants)
4 Corporals (Squad Leaders)
21 Soldiers (Disposable Henchmen)

A close-up of the Captain, XO, and Company Sergeant.

Here's first platoon. The soldiers with light blue hats are NCOs, red caps denote a CO, and black hats denote rank-and-file soldiers.

And second platoon.
Image

This soldier was called up to show the standard SMG issued. A squad consists of seven soldiers and one squad leader (Corporal). With each squad, there are five SMGs, a long-rifle, and a SAW.
Image

Now for the long-gunner. Due to the zombie threats that plague of the world of Lego, these gunners are essential to picking them off from afar.
Image

And the auto-gunner. Equipped with a SAW, he's wields the most effective weapon in an infantryman's arsenal.
Image

Now, for the three weapon types just walking around, and ready for battle!

And there you go, one CSM company! I've actually made both enlisted and commisioned ranks for the Congolomerate, and will one day make stickers or something to better denote them. Hope ya'll enjoyed! ^_^

Ah, the other mining company. You have a lot of minifigs, but they need weapons.

The Silvarian Empire firmly supports the Conglomerate's stand against undead and megabloxians. May your soldiers fall after ten zombies die in their place.

Yeah, it'd be nice if you replaced those shotguns with something else for the marksman rifles.

Those shotguns can be used as rifles or shotguns IMO.

What exactly is it with you and not liking any of the guns with stocks, anyways? I think they hold them all just fine.

Nice. I like the colours and rank denotation, that's not something a lot of people (including me) manage to do (so well).

"Other" mining company? The Conglomerate of Salt Miners was the first in the Brikverse! And I do have enough weapons for the company, but didn't equip them. They are in garrison, after all. ^_^

I am working on it. It's just a placeholder until I can scrounge up some more money for Brickarms.

Thank you! ^_^ A lot of it had to do with necessity; I would rather have everyone with black arms/legs and with actual ranks to denote them, but I have to do with what I have for now.

No, they don't.
They have to hold them ether in a boneriffic reverse gangsta-style or by the stock, only the latter of which doesn't look completely stupid.

And it bugs me so much because they are an accessory that can't actually be held the way they're suppose to!
It's almost as bad as one that a Minifig can't hold at all!

So right here he's not holding it by the stock, nor is he holding it "gangsta style." I still don't understand what the issue is...

That's EXACTLY what I meant by "a boneriffic reverse gangsta-style"!
In order to point the gun so it actually looks like he's aiming at something, you'd need to rotate his hand into an awkward angle.
Ether way, it looks stupid.

Gangsta style for reference

I don't have a problem with the way the guns are held. It looks fine to me, they seem to be aiming right ahead and everything.

WAITAMINUTE I THINK I JUST FIGURED IT OUT. Do you have your minifigs' hands upside down? as in, with the curved part on the top of the hand instead of on the bottom? because when it's on top then yes, the stock bangs into their arm all stupid and it looks bad. Otherwise, with the hand facing the other way it appears to be a pretty snug fit to me.
