Unnecessary Word Fillters

I noticed that a few word filters have recently (as far as I can tell) been implemented that really hinder communication, and not just in a funny kind of way.
The one I really have an issue with is the one that filters the number six into 69. It's just dumb. it has the potential to break urls, image links, and is pretty unintuitive on a forum about a game that uses numbers. Not to mention the fact that it really muddies the tradition of starting lists with six. It's just really a bad idea in my opinion.
The other one that I didn't have a problem with at first, but is actually a pretty bad idea now that I think about it, is the one that changes "filter" to buttplug. I likely missed where the joke came from, and I guess I can see its value as an inside joke on the forum. The problem is that if there's any intent at all to welcome new members to the site, it creates a communication barrier. Someone unfamiliar with the forum's current filters wouldn't be able to find an answer, because even if someone explained it to them the term "word buttplug" doesn't really offer any insight on the matter. It's really an unnecessary layer of inaccessibility on top of everything else that already turns people away from this forum. But haha butts I guess.
These may be part of the "charm" that's "intended" for this forum to have, but I feel like that changes depending on whatever mood stubby is in every day. But that's another issue about which my opinion probably doesn't really matter that much, so I won't dwell on it.
Anyway, I get the comedic value in most of the previous filters (even if I don't think they're funny), but these two are just bad ideas in my eyes.
