I know that Ooyama has many friends for hire and mysterious motivations. He is mospeada-ing around the Brikverse wreaking havoc so fast he seems to be in many places at once! He's out to kick some Incel, I mean, Inbit scum! He wants to know, would the quantumsurfers really like to do a battle at Ooyamacon IV at 5th floor of the Four Rums?
