Yes that's right, I finally met a deadline! Yay!

Alright people, this is it. My first hosted forum battle. And I think it's gonna be good. Here are the teams:

The Legion of Boys With Bad Hair


Lead by the great magician Avid Lane [hero], accompanied by his personal bodyguard and adviser.


Wands are short-ranged weapons, random objects in CC. Standard has a pointy end. Adviser's ranged weapon is his crystal ball (not shown), which is a long-ranged weapon. Guy with silver helmet and sword is an officer.

The Reaper and his Zombie Bitches: Dertyyy


Lead by a reaper (not THE reaper) [hero]


Zombies eat anyone they kill.

Secret Faction 1: Lrdofbricks
Secret Faction 2: Massam
Secret Faction 3: Bragallot

If you have stat questions, post them. Turn 0 with overviews will be posted when signup is complete.

EDIT: Olothontor is reserved a spot, as (I think) I told him before. He may give it away if he wants.

Since Arkbrik's battle ended I'll need something new. Secret faction 3 please.

Argh. I've got way too much on my plate. I'd really like to play, Aoffan, but I'm doing way too much as it is.

I'll follow this avidly though.

Ah, it's fine. I'll be making a different battlefield after the battle, and have another battle. Hopefully you'll be less busy by then.

And on a side note: OH SHIT
I just read the rules, and I'm supposed to post pics of the battlefield BEFORE signup. So um, yeah. Pics coming right away!

I would like to join, but building up my first army and playing already another forum battle + school kinda gets it out of my league, maybe your next battle, ill keep peeking

"My Lord, it appears there is a mass of creatures heading directly towards the fort."
"Ha ha, it's probably just those blasted birds migrating again, my dear adviser."
"No... they appear to be... human."
"Oh god, more archeologists? I thought we left that modern life behind us when we built this fort."
"Wait... Dear God, it can't be! They appear to be... zombies..."
"Alright that's it, I've had enough of your crystal ball mumbo-jumbo. Everyone knows the only REAL magic comes from wands! Guard, kill him."
"With pleasure, my Lord."

The leader of the lookout patrol suddenly shouts down: "My Lord! There are people coming this way! Wait.. they appear to be green!"
"WHAT?!?" Unamused, the great magician stands up and slams the table in front of him. "KILL THEM"
"But they're und-"
"I SAID KILL THEM"

Suddenly on the horizon, a reaper appears with a horde of zombies from the west.


Then to the east, more zombies appear, searching for bodies to devour.


Their polar bear prisoner grows uneasy with the approach of these grotesque creatures, and begins to growl ferociously.


"GOD DAMMIT! Alright, I've put a magic lock on the armory/safe, they'll never get in."


"What are they doing here sir?"
"They're looking for something. An artifact I found before you arrived. The adviser told me it was cursed, but I didn't believe him."
"Well then let's just give it back."
"No, no we can't do that. If they want so badly, it must be powerful. And if they get their hands on its power, who knows what will happen? We must make sure they don't get it."
"How do we do that?"
"Simple. ATTACK!!!"


OBJECTIVES

The Reaper and his Zombie Bitches:
Retrieve the artifact. It is located in one of the chests next to the magician's throne. The other one contains explosives that were kept for just such an emergency. Opening the explosives chest will trigger the explosives.

The Legion of Boys with Bad Hair:
Defend the artifact, keep the zombies from getting their hands on it at all costs.

Secret Factions:
Objectives will be PM'd.

EDIT: Some notes of the battlefield:
The armory is assumed to have a roof, the fort doesn't have one.
There are 3 barrels on the battlefield. They can be searched through, and each contain 2 items.

I will also get a better shot of the inside of the fort, as there are some useful things in there

Anyways... If Oloth doesn't take the spot by the time i get back from my friend's house, it's open to anyone.

Alright well the last spot is open to anyone who wants it. I'm hoping to get this battle started and finished by March break, so I can take some good time to whip up the next battlefield.

Also because I failed to mention this, NOV ACCEPTING ORDERS FOR TURN 1

Hopefully someone takes the last spot by the time I get all the orders. If it doesn't get filled I'll just take them for myself until someone feels like stealing them from me.
