The "Horror Tank" is the U.G.A.'s most recognized and feared weapon. The huge cannon is a deadly weapon, but that's not why it's called the "Horror Tank". On each "wing" is a vent that can spread a horrifying gas, called "nerve gas". Nerve gas is a military grade hallucinogen and poison. Inhaling it is the worst thing you could ever do.

Minor thrusters on the back, to speed movement a bit if necessary.
Oh yeah, it also defeats a common hovertank argument, that one couldn't fire without being knocked down or flipped. The U.G.A. isn't stupid, that's why they added lots of stabilizers and such to the hoverpads.
